- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Called to ask what their servicing prices started at and to see if they offered any military discounts. The first Time, I was rudely put on hold and then hung up on. Tried to call back and the lines were busy. Tried calling a third time and was rudely interrupted when asking my questions to hold on, then was told never mind, and then asked rudely again what I needed. They said they did not offer military discounts, I thanked them, and was rudely hung up on with no goodbye or thanks for calling. Hello Jackson Hewitt, who by the way does offer a military discount!By armedafbabe, August 21, 2017
